Aify’s Clothing — Refund, Return & Production Policy

At Aify’s Clothing, we are passionate about creating beautifully crafted garments tailored just for you. We work hard to deliver exceptional quality, and we want you to have a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish.

 

 

🛍️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on Ready-to-Wear or Custom/Bespoke pieces.

Once a consultation is finalized and a deposit is made, production begins and resources are allocated. This includes sourcing materials, sketching, design planning, and labor. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable, including:

  • The $200 consultation fee, which is applied toward your final dress cost but is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed.
  • Any additional payments made toward the dress during the process.

 

✂️ PRODUCTION PROCESS

We believe every dress tells a story, and we want to help bring yours to life. Here’s how our process works:

  1. Inspiration Photos (Optional):
    You may share any inspirational images you have. However, we do not guarantee exact replicas, as fabrics and finishes may vary. We will work with you to create a version that reflects your vision and style.
  2. Budget Discussion:
    Our starting price for custom gowns is $2,000.
    Your budget helps us determine the right fabric quality, construction method, and overall design approach.
  3. Style & Securing Fee:
    Once we’ve agreed on a style and price point, you will pay a securing fee of at least $200. This amount will go toward the final cost of your dress and serves as your commitment to move forward.
  4. Consultation:
    After the securing fee is received, we’ll schedule your consultation—either in-person or via video call (for out-of-state clients).
    During the consultation:
    • We’ll finalize the design (you may change styles at this stage).
    • Measurements will be taken.
    • Your first deposit (minimum of 25%) will be due.
  5. Production Timeline:
    Once your consultation is complete and your deposit is received, production will begin.
    Timeline: 8 to 16 weeks, depending on design complexity and fabric availability.
    Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

 

💬STYLE CHANGES AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS

Any style changes requested after production begins (i.e. fabric ordered, pattern drafted, or sewing started) will incur additional charges based on labor and materials.

📍 MISSED OR LATE APPOINTMENTS

To ensure a smooth and respectful process for all clients:

  • Missed appointments without notice will result in a $20 fee added to your total.
  • Arriving 20+ minutes late will result in a $15 late fee.

 

 


✅ FITTING & ALTERATION POLICY

If a fitting issue is caused by our team, we take full responsibility and will correct it at no cost to you.

However, if incorrect measurements were provided or the issue results from client-driven changes, alterations are your responsibility.

 

🚫 ABANDONED ORDERS

When your garment is ready, you will be contacted for pickup or final fitting. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

  • Orders not picked up within 60 days of the first notification will be considered abandoned.
  • At that point, all payments will be forfeited, and ownership of the garment will transfer to Aify’s Clothing, who may repurpose, resell, or donate the piece at our discretion.
